What happens when you delete your account:

• Your account and profile data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days of verification.

• Transaction history and KYC records may be retained as required by RBI/applicable law.

• Any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with RBI PPI guidelines.

• You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

You can also delete your account in-app via Profile → Settings → Delete Account
