Cancellation & Refunds

In case of failed/returned/rejected/canceled transactions, refund received on Credit/Prepaid cards shall be applied immediately to the value already stored on the ZikPe application.

Refunds comply with the Master Direction on Issuance and Operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments and the applicable guidelines from regulated payment bodies and processors.

Bank processing may require up to 4-7 business days to reflect the refund on the user card statement. Any refund from the merchant or the failure at the payment processor end is thoroughly examined if the transaction has reached its end status, making users eligible for refunds to their cards.

Once the refund amount has been determined, customers can contact the ZikPe customer relationship team at support@zikpe.com for any refund status inquiries.

Refund amounts are restricted to future ZikPe service payments only. The User shall not have the right to transfer or withdraw the Refund Amount or use the Refund Amount in relation to any other services. ZikPe may credit refunds to designated bank accounts, credit cards, or other financial accounts at its discretion.

Users can deactivate their accounts through Profile > Settings > Deactivate Account. Processing occurs within 24 to 48 hours. Remaining wallet balances are credited back to the original source accounts (debit/credit cards or bank accounts). Please complete pending transactions before requesting deactivation.
