Its wellness page lists treatments and facilities such as a pool and fitness centre, plus some scheduled weekend activities. This makes it another retreat lead, not proof that every activity runs on your dates. Ask which sessions need reservations and whether a day visit and an overnight stay have different access terms.
A spa is not a medical outcome
Choose a treatment for comfort and your own preferences, not a promise to cure stress or another condition. Tell the provider about relevant health conditions, pregnancy, allergies or injuries and seek appropriate medical advice where needed. Ask what the treatment involves, how long it lasts and whether any products or pressure techniques should be avoided. You may decline a treatment even when it is included in a package.
Build a restful schedule
Leave gaps between arrival, meals and a treatment rather than filling the weekend with activities. Check whether children, events or group bookings share the facilities. A large resort can be lively even when its marketing uses quiet language. If silence is essential, ask about the particular room location and scheduled events rather than relying on a photograph of an empty lawn.

Request a dated total covering room, taxes, food, treatments and transfers. Confirm cancellation deadlines and any treatment no-show charge.
