For either property, request the bed setup, room dimensions, air-conditioning, shower access and any stairs. Check the approach for a taxi and whether luggage help is available. A heritage building or a design feature can also mean an unusual layout. For limited mobility or young children, describe the practical requirement rather than asking only whether the property is family-friendly.
Make the quote comparable
Ask for a total with taxes, meals, extra beds and transfers, plus the cancellation deadline. Check whether an advertised restaurant or activity accepts non-residents separately from overnight guests.
